When purchasing from our online store, you can choose to have your order delivered in the following ways:
- Hand delivery (Delivered within 7 working days after completion and confirmation of order. No associated shipping costs. Only available between Caldas da Rainha and Nazaré – subject to confirmation by email).
• Send to the chosen address “Do Amor” entrusts the delivery of your order through CTT, sending it by registered mail.
The estimated delivery time is the same as that shown at the time of payment.
SHIPPING PROCESS:
- After successful payment, you will receive an email from “Amor.” confirming your purchase. At this point, your order will be processed and will be dispatched within the following business days. (In the days following releases, we appreciate your understanding for any delays that may arise due to the volume of orders).
- When the order is left at CTT, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number and the estimated delivery date.
