The model I wanted is sold out. Will you have it back?
At do Amor, we try to be as exclusive as possible and we do not replenish stock frequently. However, we do give customers the option to personalize their order, that is, choose the model and pattern they want.
I saw a model on your social media, when is it available for sale?
Release dates are always announced on our social media channels. Stay tuned.
I would like to know if there is still a model available?
You can check the stock availability of each item here in our online store. For more information, just send an email to doamor.vestuario@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Can I order items that are already sold out and make reservations?
If it is a custom order, yes. We do not make reservations for any type of item.
My order hasn't arrived yet. How can I find out where it is?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, “do Amor.” will send a message to the email address you used to register the purchase. You will then receive a new email or SMS with the Tracking Number so you can track the order. All orders are sent by registered mail (check that the email is not in your SPAM box).
Can I change my delivery address after purchase?
You can change your address by sending an email to doamor.vestuario@gmail.com with the new address and order number, within 24 hours.
Will I receive the same item I see in the photo?
The photographs are taken in high definition with the aim of reproducing each product in detail. However, for example, the position of the print may vary. All of our models undergo rigorous quality control so that everything is as you see in each photograph.
